Gym Tyme

Hey lovelies.  I'm off to bed early so I can get up early and head to the gym before Tennis tomorrow! I am taking two physical education classes this quarter - tennis and volleyball - which gets me up and active in the mornings, but it has been replacing my regular gym workouts.  Ideally, I will be heading to the gym before my classes each morning.

A lot has to go in to making that happen (but it's all fun and about being good to yourself).  I've got to go to sleep early (do my studying early in the day and limit late night computer use) so I can wake up early (which means I need to have yummy breakfast groceries always stored away so I can fuel my workouts), eat well (cleaaaan machine - lots of veggies, whole grains, protein, and no processed stuff - cook at home rather than go out, etc). This seems like such a typical dumb post.  I feel like everyone and their mom writes about fitness and eating right so blah blah blah, here I go being typical.  :)

I have just wanted to start blogging more which means sharing more of my day-to-day life, and this is what's going on with me!  I'm not trying to lose weight necessarily.  If Brazil taught me anything it's to loooove curves, so if anything, I'm aiming for some nice fit curves.  Hopefully tomorrow morning I won't press snooze about 20 times like I did this morning.  Another thing Brazil taught me... how to sleep in ;).

I tried this kombucha flavor today for the first time: "Guava Goddess." It was yummy!
