Dinner Fun

Happy Sunday lovelies!

Last night I went over to my friend Jahlelah's to have dinner with her two boys and our friends Chloe and Acacia.  Jahlelah made a delicious Thai curry and we all had champagne and lemonade.  It was lovely to spend time with these folks.

Acacia is super knowledgeable on fitness and we happen to be members at the same gym so she has been showing me some of her workouts over the past week. Yesterday was booty and leg day and it was really fun! It's nice to have an introduction to a lot of the equipment because it can be a bit intimidating.  The weight room is no longer a scary place. Hooray! Plus, she has showed me how to do interval training on the treadmill and how to use the stair master which I think I will work into my routine every-other-day.  I feel like I'll be able to utilize more of what the gym offers as well as give myself a varying workout routine which will be good for my body.  I've also been going to my mom's yoga and dance classes- which is a total body workout - and the yoga is so nice for stretching.

Tomorrow my brother and I are going to have a photoshoot in a very special place.  I can't wait to show you!

Today the agenda is to clean my room a bit.  There are still a lot of boxes about from when I cleaned my stuff out of my sister's closet and from moving back home a few weeks ago.  It's time to get it all in order!

  1. I need an exercise buddy to go to the gym with.. I'd like to have someone to work out with that know the machines.
